Yenisei Bell brings over 20 years of proven leadership and expertise in the Architectural, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. Successfully delivering a diverse portfolio of projects from high-end, multi-million-dollar residential developments to nonprofit, government, affordable housing, and educational facilities.
A passionate advocate for socially driven development, her work consistently reflects a deep commitment to equity, empowerment, and long-term community benefit.
Her comprehensive experience spans both the private and public sectors, making her a trusted leader in driving complex building initiatives from concept to completion has been driving the growth of companies specializing in General Contracting, Construction, and Management services across private and public sectors throughout the New York metropolitan area
Under her leadership, the operations of YGB Design & Consultancy Group have expanded to successfully deliver high-performing building projects that meet the needs of diverse communities. She has played a pivotal role in several high impact programs, including New York City’s Build It Back initiative for the Housing Recovery Office (HRO), Affordable Housing initiatives under the Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD), NYCHA, DASNY, DDC projects, and the design and construction of schools through the NYC School Construction Authority (SCA)
Beginning her career as an architect, Bell brought forward-thinking design solutions to life,always seeking to break the mold and shape environments that promote psychological well-being and a healthier physical lifestyle.
